A "Perfect Misfit": How the Wrong Size Became the Right Gift

When it comes to pet recovery, getting the perfect fit is everything. Recently, a customer in Massachusetts received a Lispoo brace for their pup, only to find it was a bit too small.

Normally, this would mean a standard return process. But at Lispoo, we do things a little differently through our “Donation Instead of Return” initiative: If a brace doesn’t fit, don’t ship it back. Just donate it to a local vet or shelter, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Our amazing customer reached out to Community Animal Hospital and personally handed this brand-new Size S brace to Dr. Megan Hahne. As soon as they shared the donation receipt, our support team rushed out the correct size completely free of charge.

Seeing Dr. Hahne’s business card right next to our package warmed our hearts. A brace might not fit one dog, but it can completely change the life of another in need. Huge thanks to our thoughtful customer and Dr. Hahne for making this happen. Love is never returned—it’s passed on. 🐾
